2. Service Description

BreachFound provides automated security scanning services for web applications. Our service includes:

  • Automated penetration testing of web applications
  • Vulnerability detection and reporting
  • Severity-based reporting with optional detailed reports

Scans are completed within 48 hours of initiation. Results are provided electronically through our platform.

3. User Obligations

By using BreachFound, you agree to:

  • Authorization: You must have explicit authorization to test any application you submit. Testing unauthorized applications is illegal and strictly prohibited.
  • Identity Verification: You must authenticate using LinkedIn and verify your identity as a C-level executive or authorized representative of the application owner.
  • Accurate Information: Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and scan submission.
  • Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Responsible Use: Use our service for legitimate security testing purposes only.

4. Pricing and Payment

Scan Fee

Each scan costs $10 USD, payable before the scan begins. This fee is non-refundable and covers infrastructure costs regardless of scan results.

Vulnerability Reports

If vulnerabilities are found, you may optionally purchase detailed reports:

  • High Severity: €500 per vulnerability
  • Critical Severity: €1,500 per vulnerability

Report purchases are optional. You are not obligated to purchase reports for detected vulnerabilities.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment information.

5. Service Limitations

BreachFound is an automated scanning service. Please note:

  • Automated Testing: Our service uses automated tools and may not detect all vulnerabilities, particularly those requiring complex business logic analysis.
  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be found or that your application is secure.
  • Best Effort: We use industry-standard scanning techniques but cannot guarantee 100% coverage.
  • Non-Destructive: Our scans are designed to be non-destructive, but we cannot guarantee no impact on your application.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

DISCLAIMER: BreachFound is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A PLAYERS shall not be liable for:

  • Any data loss, corruption, or security breaches resulting from use of our service
  • Any downtime or disruption to your application caused by our scanning
  • Any vulnerabilities not detected by our automated scanning
  • Any consequential, indirect, or special damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific scan in question.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with GDPR and French data protection laws:

  • Data Collection: We collect your name, email, and LinkedIn profile information for authentication.
  • Scan Data: URLs and scan results are stored encrypted for the duration necessary to complete the service.
  • Retention: Unpurchased vulnerability reports are deleted after 30 days.
  • Third Parties: We use LinkedIn for authentication and a secure payment provider for transactions. All are GDPR-compliant.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in BreachFound, including our scanning engine, reports, and platform, remain the exclusive property of A PLAYERS.

Vulnerability reports you purchase are licensed to you for your internal use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or publish our reports without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BreachFound at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You scan applications without proper authorization
  • You abuse or misuse our service
  • We are required to do so by law

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of BreachFound after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
